I started my career in Product Support at Microsoft and that job never felt like one;

it felt like an intellectually stimulating day at the technology amusement park. ​

Every day was rewarding because I knew I'd helped a customer be more productive with technology. I have a knack for resolving problems and simplifying technical issues.

With 30 years in the technology sector, my experience with software, hardware and mobile devices is deep and I love using it to advise, instruct or just resolve the problem.​

​

I also have over 15 years of municipal government experience as an elected City Councilmember in Redmond, Washington, so working with individuals and small businesses is what I did to represent them in government, and I know that most folks don't have time to be hamstrung by technology issues; they are just too busy.
